Postpartum Yoga and Support Group
Join us for postpartum yoga designed to help alleviate stress, fatigue, and postpartum mood concerns while supporting your childbirth recovery journey. Babies six months and younger are welcome.
Our weekly postpartum restorative yoga class:

- Strengthens pelvic floor muscles
- Helps to regain strength and endurance
- Reduces stress, anxiety, and the impact of postpartum mood disorders
